Livo — A developer's craft, a broker's honesty — serif headline over an aerial Dubai coastline

About the project

Livo is a fictional marketplace for extraordinary homes — waterfront residences across Al Marjan Island and the Caribbean. The idea was to prove a property site can feel like a magazine instead of a database: Old Standard TT serif headlines paired with Jost for interface text, set over full-bleed video and photography.

What I did

Full design and Webflow build. A CMS collection powers the listings with client-side filtering, and the class system follows Finsweet Client-First so any team can maintain it. Custom filter logic, responsive layout, and performance passes on fonts and media.
